How do I book an appointment?
Please ring me on 0208 090 1923 or email with your contact details and I shall reply to you as soon as I am available. Please let me know if it is ok to leave a message on any of the contact details that you leave.
I am also fully aware that there maybe some anxiety in making the first call to a therapist. Please be rest assured that I shall do my best to help you feel comfortable.
How much?
One-to-one counselling and psychotherapy: £45 per 55 minute session
Couples work: £60 per 75 min session
Coaching: £45 per 55 minute session
I also offer a limited number of places for low cost counselling and therapy. Please ring to find out more.
How often?
Normally once a week, at the same time slot.
For how long?
Counselling and therapy: this normally depends on the nature of the issues, but I have a review after 6 sessions to give a more clearer sense of how long.
I offer both short term (several weeks) and long term therapy, and will discuss with you what is the best way forward for your particular needs and situation.
Coaching: normally, ten to twelve sessions can be enough, but can be greater depending on the nature of the goals. Once again I have a review after 6 sessions.

Where am I Located?
My private practice is on the border of Osterley and Isleworth, within a minute’s walk from Osterley Park, which can be useful before or after a therapy session.
Osterley Tube station, on the Piccadilly line, is five minute by foot.
Isleworth Railway Station is 15 minutes by foot.
Isleworth and Osterley are close to Hounslow and within a few miles radius of Boston Manor, Brentford, Chiswick, Ealing – all easily accessible by public transport. There is also free car parking nearby.
